Saratoga Player Rewards
- All individuals legally allowed to wager in New York State will be eligible to participate in SaratogaBets’ Player Rewards Program. Corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, syndicates, trusts and other legal entities are not eligible to participate.
- Membership is limited to one person per SaratogaBets account wagering account.
- There is no enrollment fee to become a SaratogaBets rewards member.
- Employees of Saratoga Gaming and Raceway are not eligible to participate.
- Reward dollars will be earned on either a daily or weekly basis. New SaratogaBets account registrants will be included in the weekly payout schedule by default, but also have the option to opt for daily SaratogaBets rewards.
- Current players whom wagered at least $2,000 over the previous month will also be presented with the daily rewards option. Players must notify SaratogaBets staff in order to formally request a rewards payout change, and will only have the option to switch from daily to weekly Rewards (or vice versa) once over a 90 day period.
- Daily Rewards will be calculated for the period commencing on the beginning of each tote day, to the end of each tote day. All properly accumulated rewards dollars that are not subject to a customer dispute shall be credited to the customers’ account by 3pm of the following tote day.
- For the purposes of calculating daily rewards dollars each member’s wagering activity shall be reset to zero at the beginning of each tote day. Members wagering activity will be calculated again starting with wagering on the day’s first available race card. (Live Card or simulcast card)
- Weekly Rewards will be calculated for the period commencing on Monday’s race day and ending Sunday’s race day of every week. All properly accumulated reward dollars that are not subject to a customer dispute shall be credited to the customers’ account by 5 pm eastern of the Monday
following the previous week that just ended on Sunday. - For the purposes of calculating reward dollars each member’s wagering activity shall reset to zero at the conclusion of each weekly period (Monday thru and including Sunday). Members wagering activity will be calculated again starting with wagering on ondays first available racing card. (Live card or simulcast card) Rewards will be earned only on those tracks that have consented to participate in the SaratogaBets’ Rewards Program.
- No rewards will be earned on wagers resulting in a $2.10 pari-mutuel payout based on a $2 wager.
- Membership and any associated rewards benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- There are no implied benefits other than those published or posted.
- In order to be eligible for accumulation of rewards, you must have an account within the SaratogaBets account wagering system.
- Wagering reward dollars accumulate on the aforementioned daily or weekly schedules, and these timeframes are the sole basis for the calculation of rewards to be credited to a member’s account. Newly registered players may opt to be included in the daily rewards schedule, but must wager at least $2,000 over the following 30 days of their registration date to remain in the program. Players may only switch their daily/weekly payout status once over a 90 day period.
- Wagering must be conducted through SaratogaBets’ internet and telephone account wagering system to be eligible for rewards.
- If at any time SaratogaBets’ anagement becomes aware that a aratogaBets’ account holder is attempting to earn reward dollars via deception, partnering, or any other impermissible method, the matter shall be investigated by the SaratogaBets. If as a result of such investigation it is
determined that an account holder has in fact attempted to earn rewards dollars via an impermissible method, such account holder will have his or her privileges revoked, resulting in loss of membership in the program and the forfeiture of all account balance sums attributable to reward dollars. - The cash balance of any such forfeited account shall be refunded to the named account holder
minus any sums attributable to reward dollars. - SaratogaBets reserves the right to exclude anyone from participation in the rewards program for cause.
- All decisions of SaratogaBets are final.
- The SaratogaBets’ account will be deactivated if there is no activity over a 3-year period. All monies in such an inactive account, including sums attributable to reward dollars, shall be distributed in accordance with New York State law.
- SaratogaBets account holders are subject to all applicable state and federal tax requirements.
- SaratogaBets reserves the right to terminate, revise or withdraw the SaratogaBets Rewards program at any time without prior notice, with the approval of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board.
- All winnings subject to reporting and/or withholding as described in IRS form W2G will be administered in accordance with applicable IRS code.

Summary of Rewards Accumulation
DAILY: Rewards dollars will be earned for a daily period commencing on the beginning of every tote day and ending at the closing of each tote day. All properly accumulated dollars that are not subject to a customer dispute shall be credited to the customer’s account by 3pm each day. At the beginning of each daily tote period, each member’s dollar accumulation shall be reset to zero points and new dollars shall begin to accumulate again starting with wagering with the day’s first card available whether that is live or simulcast. In no event, shall dollars wagered during a given daily period be carried over to a subsequent daily period for the purposes of accumulating rewards dollars.
WEEKLY: Reward dollars will be earned for a weekly period commencing Monday and ending Sunday. All properly accumulated dollars that are not subject to a customer dispute shall be credited to the customer’s account by 5 pm eastern of the Monday following the previous week that just ended on Sunday. At the conclusion of each weekly period (Monday thru and including Sunday), each member’s dollar accumulation shall be reset to zero points and new dollars shall begin to accumulate again starting with wagering with Mondays first card available whether that is live or simulcast. In no event, shall dollars wagered during a given weekly period be carried over to a subsequent weekly period for the purposes of accumulating reward dollars. SCR may notify the account holder of the amount of wagers for the past day/week and the amount of the rewards.
